Aurora Place for
LendLease Developments.
Aurora Place is the ABN AMRO Tower designed by Renzo Piano, in Phillip Street, Sydney. John played an advisory role during the development and land acquisition stages of the project. Then he assumed the role of Project Director tasked with the demolition of a former 32 storey building on the site and for the early construction stages of a new 38 storey commercial tower and 22 storey residential tower.
Sydney Olympic Park for the Department of Public Works and LendLease Developments.
John was Construction Manager with responsibility for the development and implementation of all aspects of the Sydney International Aquatic Stadium, Sydney International Athletic Stadium and warm-up track and 22 hectares of associated infrastructure including the remediation work for the entire Olympic Park Precint.
